Exchange rates move with the market many times a day. A rate you see online may no longer be valid by the time you reach the branch.
That’s why we share rates by phone and at our branch, so the information you get is always valid and accurate. Your exchange is made at the current rate displayed in the branch, with no commission.

About your banknotes.
All banknotes are checked during the transaction. For a smooth exchange, please keep the following in mind.
Notes that may not be accepted
Notes that are torn, have missing pieces, are taped, written on, stained or heavily worn may not be accepted.
Withdrawn series
Older series that have been withdrawn from circulation may not be accepted. If you have older notes, please ask us first.
Denominations for travel
Small and medium denominations are usually more practical when travelling. Let us know in advance and we’ll prepare them wherever possible.
