Count the money you hand over and the money you receive before leaving the counter. If anything seems wrong, tell our cashier immediately.
Only you should touch your money
Apart from our cashier, never let a stranger touch or count your money.
Ignore anyone who says “I’m from the exchange office”
Never trust someone who approaches you outside saying “I’m from the exchange office, we gave you too much or too little.” Any such issue is resolved only inside our branch, with our authorised staff.
Exchange only with authorised offices
Exchange money only at authorised offices. Don’t respond to people offering “better rates” on the street or on social media.

Exchange rates move with the market many times a day. To make sure you always get a rate that is valid and accurate, we share rates by phone and at our branch. Every transaction is made at the current rate displayed in the branch.
Do you charge commission or fees?
No. You simply get the buy or sell rate displayed at the time of your transaction, and no commission is added. The rate you see is the rate you get.
Can I exchange on behalf of a company?
Yes, we serve corporate clients. For transactions on behalf of a company, please call us before visiting so we can go over the required documents and plan the transaction.
What should I do for larger amounts?
For larger amounts or less common currencies, simply call us before you visit. Let us know the currency and amount, and we will prepare so your transaction is completed quickly and smoothly when you arrive.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day, 08:00 – 20:00. Hours may differ on public and religious holidays, so please call ahead during those periods.
